With phone addiction on the rise and 5G rapidly spreading it’s inevitable
that one day there’ll be nowhere left to escape technology.
The Zero G Network is an initiative by Great Northern Brewing Co.
to keep a selection of remote areas forever offline, so that people always
have somewhere to switch off. We identified 35 locations around Australia
and petitioned the government to keep them Zero G.
Those who signed the petition could also nominate places they thought should
remain offline, creating a crowdsourced database of Zero G locations.
